Revitalization Project

by Bill Stanford on June 28, 2019

The church's genius is its ability to be revitalized again and again. Whether it be its worship, its approach to mission, or even its worship spaces, the church finds new expressions of eternal truths with each generation.

Our recent revitalization brought both new expressions and uncovered old ones. We got new pews and carpet, yet refrained from covering up wooden steps discovered under the the old carpet on the altar.

God revitalizes us in the same way. Things we thought we needed are removed and replaced with new insights and approaches, and old treasures are revealed. What do you think?
