St. Christopher Preschool uses The Texas Prekindergarten Guidelines to provide children ages 2-5 with developmentally appropriate activities to promote school readiness. Our weekly themed units provide opportunities for children to develop and learn in a fun, playful, and purposeful classroom environment. The Texas Prekindergarten Guidelines suggest the following should take place daily in a preschool program: phonological awareness activities, reading aloud, writing activities, math and science concept development, language development, learning centers, small-group time, circle-time/large group, outdoor play, independent activities, lunch or snacks. Explore the tabs to see how our children, ages 2-5, experience these in the classroom.

Print and complete the registration form found in our resources section. Bring it to your tour. We also have paper copies available in the preschool office if you prefer to just pick it up at your visit. If you want to apply for a scholarship, you may request a scholarship application at your visit.
During your visit you will walk through all the classrooms, the chapel, and the playground. You will have a chance to ask questions, meet teachers, and see the classrooms in action. At the end of the tour you can submit your completed application with the $75.00 registration fee to secure your child a spot in one of our classrooms. We take cash, check, and credit card.
